Dosakai Oorupindi

Thogayal in tamil, oorupindi in telugu or chutney to generalise?!?
Ingredients
Dosakai
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek Seeds
Red chillies
Black pepper just for the aroma..
Salt
Asafoetida powder
Get Cooking!
1. Peel,de-seed and cube the dosakai.
2. Drain the water out by squeezing and leaving it in a colander.
3. Roast the mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies, black pepper seeds in a few drops of oil and grind to a paste.
4. Mix the paste, salt, asafoetida powder into the cut dosakai.
5. Serve with rice.
